At The Ethical Silk Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our sustainably sourced silk products. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in their original, unwashed condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is neatly folded to prevent damage.
- 3.Dispatch the Shipment
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal carrier, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned silk for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
